Rush bookings are possible, but they come with added costs, more limited equipment and staffing options, and less time to plan around your event's specific needs, which can affect the overall quality and polish of your AV production. In urgent cases we can accommodate requests with as little as 24 hours' notice, though this incurs a significant rush fee and we strongly recommend avoiding this timeline whenever possible to ensure the best possible outcome for your event.

Do you provide on-site technicians during the event?
Staffing depends on the package you choose. If on-site support is included in your booking, our experienced technicians will be there throughout your conference to manage setup, run the show, and troubleshoot in real time, so your team can focus on the event rather than the equipment. For clients who prefer not to book full-time staffing, we also offer a one-hour meet-and-greet where our technician sets up the equipment and walks your team through operating it — after that, your team takes over full responsibility for running the AV for the remainder of the event.
